Research about the company /studio on the internet before you send your job application.
Prepare a simple yet comprehensive resume for yourself, which includes your demo reel link.
Understand the recruitment process of the company you are applying to and prepare your demo reel accordingly.
Besides your demo reel, you would be required to give a studio test at the studio premises, so prepare well for it.
Make sure you are dressed neat and proper for the interview, as the first impression is the most important.
Communicate well during the interview as the interviewer is also evaluating your communication skills.
At the interview, the HR would evaluate you on specifc qualities such as punctuality, teamwork, work ethics and a willing attitude to take up additional responsibilities when required.
